ScentSoftly Candle ships packages via USPS. You will choose the best shipping option for your budget unless other specificed i.e. free shipping. Shipping times may vary based on time and date of ordering, USPS delays etc. All orders require a 1-2 day processing time before shipping. An email will be sent with shipping details and tracking information when it is available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for damaged items within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Returns/Refunds are not accepted.
